Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and job descriptions. Posting job advertisements and ensuring they are visible on relevant platforms. Managing applicant tracking systems and ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information. Conducting reference checks and background checks on selected candidates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
