We are seeking an intermediate-level Creative Strategist who can launch ad creatives that directly lower CAC, improve CTR, and refresh fatigued accounts fast.
Immediate mission: -Conceptualize and deploy 2–3 new creative angles within 7 days. -Focus on unlocking lower CAC via message, offer framing, and emotional targeting. -Move from concept to launch within 48 hours — not weeks.
Ideal Candidate Must Have: -Demonstrated success in launching profitable e-commerce ad creatives. -Deep understanding of direct response principles (urgency, social proof, savings, transformation). -Ability to test variations rapidly (headlines, images/videos, CTAs). -Data-driven mindset (optimize based on CTR, CAC, CVR — not subjective taste). -Comfortable moving quickly with imperfect information.
Mission Focus: Break creative fatigue, refresh buyer response, and open cheaper scaling opportunities. Hourly range: $8.00 - $25.00
