About the Role: We're looking for a proactive and professional Virtual Assistant to support our growing electrical testing business. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, so fluent (ideally native) English and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls during UK business hours
Managing voicemails and following up promptly if unavailable
Responding to customer emails and enquiries
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Light admin and customer service tasks
Liaising with engineers where needed
Requirements:
Fluent, ideally native, English speaker
Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm UK time
Ability to answer most calls live, with voicemail backup for occasional conflicts (e.g. Zoom calls, short personal appointments)
Experience in customer service or admin roles
High-speed internet and quiet working environment
Professional, friendly, and organised
Preferred:
Based in the UK
Familiarity with the electrical or trades industry |
