We seek an experienced serviced accommodation management professional to efficiently coordinate bookings across multiple online travel agencies. The ideal candidate will have extensive familiarity with platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com along with a solid grasp of hospitality and property management best practices.
Key duties will include listing accommodation properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other major booking sites, communicating regularly with guests to ensure optimal experiences, handling reservation inquiries and confirmations, processing payments, and performing check-ins/check-outs. The role demands strong organizational abilities and attention to detail as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface with guests.
Applicants must demonstrate several years of related work experience setting up and maintaining listings on sites like Airbnb, ensuring high rates of occupancy through strategic calendar management and competitive pricing. Experience with channel managers that allow cross-posting to multiple sites is preferred. Proficiency in guest services including resolving issues that may arise is essential. The ability to work flexible hours including weekends to accommodate guests is required.
