The GenWorlds framework is open source ( We work directly with customers to build dedicated environments of specialized AI Agents which coordinate to execute tasks and achieve complex goals (a “GenWorld”). The Role We are looking for an exceptional Senior Python Developer with a passion for artificial intelligence and cutting-edge technology to join our growing team. Your role will be to collaborate with our team to develop, test, and deploy both the core platform and specialized AI agents for various use cases. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing efficient, scalable, and maintainable Python code.
Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy the core platform and specialized AI agents - Design and implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable code in Python - Contribute to the development of new features, improvements, and bug fixes - Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve code quality - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in Python development, with a strong track record in building complex and scalable applications - Deep understanding of Python language, libraries, and frameworks, such as Django or Flask - Experience working with AI, machine learning, or natural language processing is a plus
Key Technical Skills - Cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) - Containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) - Databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) - AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) - Natural language processing techniques and tools (spaCy, NLTK, GPT) - Reinforcement learning algorithms and libraries (OpenAI Gym, RLlib) - Computer vision libraries and techniques (OpenCV, YOLO) - Version control systems (Git, Mercurial) - Distributed systems and microservices architecture - API development and integration (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) - CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, Travis CI) - Performance optimization, profiling, and debugging tools
