Required Skills & Experience: • Proven track record of navigating niche Facebook communities without triggering spam filters or moderator bans. • Exceptional written English with a warm, empathetic, and professional tone suitable for a healthcare/wellness brand. • Ability to strictly follow a provided outreach script and brand guidelines. • Experience in the veterinary, pet industry, or health tech spaces is a massive plus.
