I’m looking for an experienced Klaviyo specialist to set up a post-purchase email flow for two separate eCommerce websites (1x Shopify, 1x WordPress). The goal is to automatically send customers a Google review request email after their order has been fulfilled, using Klaviyo flows triggered by fulfilment events.
Scope of work: For both websites, I need a Klaviyo flow created or refined that triggers when an order is fulfilled, with an appropriate delay (10 days) before sending. The flow should be properly configured with the correct trigger and filters to prevent duplicate sends, exclude refunded or cancelled orders, and ensure customers don’t receive unnecessary or repeated review requests. A clean, well-designed email should be built using existing brand templates and logo with personalisation (such as first name) and a clear call-to-action linking to the provided Google review page. Ideally, the setup will also include a simple positive/negative experience split so that satisfied customers are directed to leave a Google review, while less satisfied customers are routed to support via email. Finally, the flow should be fully tested to ensure it triggers correctly, sends at the right time, and works as intended across both sites.
