Project Overview: We are a well-established UK dog boarding business, Maccabee’s Pet Hotel (www.maccabeespethotel.co.uk), operating since 2014. Our WordPress website has been live for around 10 years with minimal updates and now requires a full modernisation alongside a broader digital marketing overhaul. We are looking for an experienced freelancer or small agency to redesign and optimise our website, improve our Google Ads performance, and help us better target a high-value customer segment in West London. Scope of Work: 1. Website Redesign (WordPress) Refresh and modernise design (premium, trustworthy, high-end feel) Improve UX/UI and conversion rates Ensure full mobile and tablet optimisation Improve site speed and performance Review and improve structure and content Enhance key landing pages, particularly: London-focused page: www.maccabeespethotel.co.uk/londondogs 2. Tracking & Analytics Proper setup of Google Ads conversion tracking Google Analytics (GA4) configuration and optimisation Event tracking (enquiries, bookings, calls, etc.) Ensure accurate attribution and reporting 3. Google Ads Review & Optimisation Audit existing Google Ads campaigns Improve targeting, keywords, and structure Focus on higher-value London-based customers Ongoing optimisation strategy (optional) 4. SEO & Digital Marketing Optimisation On-page SEO improvements across the site Keyword strategy (particularly targeting West London dog owners) Technical SEO fixes Advice on content improvements 5.
