We are looking for an experienced automation specialist to set up fully automated email sequences within Kajabi, alongside WhatsApp messaging sequences for our business. The goal is to create a seamless, hands-off communication flow that nurtures leads, engages users, and supports conversions.
We need someone who can begin quickly and have the project completed within 7 to 10 days ideally.
Scope of Work: • Set up automated email sequences within Kajabi (welcome, nurture, follow-up, etc.) • Build and structure complete email workflows based on user actions (opt-ins, registrations, purchases) • Write or implement email copy (we can provide content or collaborate) • Set up automated WhatsApp messaging sequences aligned with the email journey • Integrate WhatsApp with Kajabi (via suitable tools if required) • Ensure timing, triggers, and conditions are set correctly for full automation • Test all sequences to ensure everything runs smoothly and reliably • Provide guidance on best practices for engagement and conversions Requirements: • Proven experience with Kajabi email automation • Experience setting up WhatsApp automation (e.g. via APIs or third-party tools) • Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels, and sequencing logic • Ability to create reliable, fully automated systems with minimal manual input • Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues • Experience with lead generation or online course businesses • Familiarity with CRM integrations and automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, etc.)
