We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to transform our existing technical document into a high-end, magazine-style planning guide for architects.
The document is an MRL Elevator Hoistway Planning Guide used during early-stage building design (SD/DD phases).
Our audience is architects and design professionals, so the final result must be:
Highly visual Clean, structured, and easy to scan Designed with a modern 2026 editorial aesthetic Professional and credible (not overly “marketing-heavy”)

We want to convert the current document into a premium editorial-style PDF, similar to a magazine or architectural handbook.
