Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end operations of short-term rental properties
Optimize pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
Oversee calendar and booking management across multiple platforms
Handle guest communication, ensuring prompt, professional, and high-quality interactions
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and vendor services remotely
Maintain smooth operational workflows from booking to check-out
Monitor property performance and suggest improvements
Ensure compliance with international rental regulations and industry best practices
