The scope includes: Drafting a stock transfer form for a transfer of existing shares to a family member. Preparing a board resolution approving the transfer in line with the company’s Articles of Association. Providing a checklist of steps to ensure the transfer is legally compliant and properly recorded in the company’s statutory register.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of UK Companies Act 2006 and corporate governance. Experience with share transfers and corporate documentation. Attention to detail to ensure the documents are compliant and ready for execution. Ability to deliver clear, professional templates that can be signed by the parties and filed internally. Deliverables: Stock transfer form (template ready to sign). Board resolution template. Step-by-step checklist for completing the transfer.
