Hi! I’m a Los Angeles-based real estate agent looking for a freelancer to help manage my Instagram and Facebook presence. The goal is to attract homeowners and generate seller leads through engaging content and consistent posting.
You will help with:
Responsibilities:
Create and schedule Instagram + Facebook posts and Stories (images, carousel posts, short videos/reels)
Write engaging captions with relevant hashtags
Engage with followers: respond to comments, DMs, and interact with relevant local accounts
Suggest content ideas that appeal to homeowners looking to sell
Optional: help with basic ad boosts (small budgets, under my direction)
Provide weekly updates on growth, engagement, and recommendations
Requirements:
Experience with Instagram and Facebook content creation and management
Knowledge of organic growth strategies, including hashtags, reels, and Stories
Ability to post consistently according to a content calendar
Good communication skills and responsiveness
Portfolio of previous social media accounts managed, preferably real estate or local business focused
Time Commitment & Budget:
4–6 hours/week (flexible)
Monthly budget: $250–$300
This is an ongoing, remote contract
