Expected duration: less than 1 week We are looking for a WordPress designer to build a clean, conversion-focused marketing website for a UK property services platform. The site must be built in WordPress. We have already purchased Blocksy Pro on a lifetime licence, so ideally the build would use Blocksy as the foundation. However, we are open to alternative lightweight themes if you strongly believe another option would better support the design vision.
This is a design-led project. We are not looking for heavy development or complex custom coding. The goal is to create a modern, calm, professional website that simplifies a complex industry. Strong layout, spacing, typography and user flow are critical. The site must feel structured and trustworthy, similar in clarity to financial or tech platforms rather than a typical brochure website.
The project includes multiple static pages (homepage, service landing pages, about, FAQs, blog template, access gateway pages etc). Mobile optimisation is essential. Performance is important as paid traffic will be directed to key landing pages.
Once the WordPress site is completed, we will also require support integrating it into Go High Level (GHL). Forms will need to connect into GHL funnels and existing onboarding URLs. Experience with GHL is highly desirable, or at minimum a willingness to collaborate with our developer to complete the integration.
We are now specifically looking for a WordPress designer with strong UI/UX instincts. Please include examples of clean, structured sites you have built. Experience using Blocksy Pro would be a significant advantage.
