We are looking for an experienced Executive Meeting Setter to secure meetings with senior decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Commercial Directors, etc.) at those brands.
This role is focused purely on outreach and booking qualified meetings.
Responsibilities
• Reach out to senior executives via email and LinkedIn • Craft personalized, high-quality outreach messages • Generate interest in a U.S. expansion discussion • Secure confirmed Zoom/Google Meet meetings • Maintain clear and organized tracking of outreach
Requirements
• Proven experience booking B2B meetings with senior executives • Strong cold outreach skills (email + LinkedIn) • Ability to handle objections professionally • Clear, confident communication in English • Results-driven mindset
Experience with fashion, beauty, or premium consumer brands is a strong advantage.
