We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads (Search) specialist to set up and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads for website development / redesign services.
This is B2B lead generation, not ecommerce.
Scope of work
• Set up Google Ads account (or audit an existing one) • Build a clean campaign structure (Search campaigns first) • Keyword research focused on high-intent searches (website development, redesign, agency terms, etc.) • Write ad copy + extensions • Set up conversion tracking correctly (form submissions / calls / WhatsApp if needed) • Optimize weekly (search terms, negatives, bids, landing page recommendations) • Reporting (simple + clear)

UK, UAE (Dubai), Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, Scandinavia, USA
Requirements
• Proven Google Ads experience (Search) • B2B lead gen experience (services/agencies/SaaS is a plus) • Able to show examples/results or explain past work clearly • Clean, compliant setup (no shady tactics)
