I’m the founder of a UK wellness brand with an established DTC presence. Amazon is a secondary channel for us right now, but one we want to develop properly and sustainably.
I’m looking for someone hands-on and practical to help with Amazon fundamentals + PPC, starting with listing optimisation and light, sensible ad testing.
Important: I’m not looking for a monthly retainer. I’m only interested in a performance-aligned, revenue-share model based on incremental Amazon net revenue (above an agreed baseline), initially time-boxed to a 3-month trial.
Scope (initial focus) • Review and optimise Amazon listing (title, bullets, backend search terms, indexing) • Ensure we’re properly indexed for core keywords (e.g. magnesium spray) • Set up and manage lightweight Amazon PPC (auto + simple manual) • Focus on relevance, conversion and velocity - not aggressive spend
What I’m looking for • Someone who understands early-stage Amazon, not just scaled accounts • Comfortable working on rev share / performance basis • Practical, methodical, and realistic about what Amazon needs at this stage • Happy to start with a short trial and reassess if it’s working
What this is not • Not a high-spend PPC scaling project • Not a long-term retainer • Not looking for agency-style dashboards or generic playbooks
If you’ve worked with smaller brands getting Amazon properly “switched on” and are open to a revenue-share structure, I’d love to hear from you. Please include a brief note on how you’d approach the first 30 days if a listing is indexed but not yet ranking strongly.
