Expected duration: 3 - 4 weeks I am seeking a freelance Virtual Assistant to provide operational and coordination support for business and academic writing activities. The role focuses on task execution, information handling, and workflow coordination rather than direct service delivery. Scope of Engagement: Coordinate and relay communication between clients and the service provider Maintain scheduling systems for virtual meetings and deadlines Compile background information and source materials for writing assignments Review documents for structure, consistency, and presentation quality Maintain organized digital workspaces and task logs Support basic billing processes, including invoice preparation and payment reminders
Rate: €20 per hour
This engagement is offered on a flexible, task- or hourly-based freelance arrangement and does not constitute employment, long-term staffing, or full project outsourcing.
