I am seeking to engage a Solicitor of England & Wales (SRA-registered) to confirm my Qualifying Work Experience (QWE) via the mySRA portal.
This is not a review-only project. The intention is confirmation of QWE, subject to a proper review.
Experience summary
My role is within HR / recruitment in an international organisation, involving the practical application of employment and data-protection law, including: • Applying statutory employment law in hiring and employment processes (e.g. fixed-term and part-time arrangements) • Applying and advising on GDPR / data-protection law in recruitment • Ensuring right-to-work compliance and lawful onboarding • Preparing and handling legally required employment documentation • Advising managers on employment-law compliance and people-process requirements
Scope • Review a written portfolio mapping experience to SRA competencies • If satisfied, confirm QWE on the mySRA portal
