Expected duration: Ongoing We are looking for an experienced performance marketer to help us attract and convert clients for Back on Track, a premium diabetes (Type 2) wellness retreat in Greece.
Goal: Bring qualified traffic to our website and convert visitors into booked calls, leading to retreat participants.
What you’ll do
Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ads
Optionally run Google Search / Display ads
Use our existing social accounts and brand assets
Define targeting, audiences, creatives, and ad copy
Optimize campaigns for lead generation & booked calls
Track performance (CTR, CPC, cost per lead, conversions)
Improve results over time through testing and optimization

What we’re looking for
Proven experience with SEM / PPC (especially Meta Ads)
Experience with lead generation (not just likes or traffic)
