We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient property management, maintaining high occupancy rates, and delivering excellent service to tenants and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties
Coordinate tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs
Handle maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors and service providers
Monitor property budgets, expenses, and rent collection
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards
Conduct regular property inspections and prepare reports
Resolve tenant issues and complaints in a professional manner
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of property management principles and local regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
Proficiency in MS Office and property management software is an advantage
