We are a US-based software team with 7+ years of production experience, scaling globally and hiring engineers across multiple regions. We are looking for a Technical Interview Manager who can design, conduct, and evaluate technical interviews to ensure we hire high-quality, real-world engineers, not just good test-takers.
This is a long-term collaboration, not a one-off task.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead technical interviews for backend, frontend, and full-stack roles - Evaluate real engineering ability: system design, code quality, debugging, architecture thinking - Design interview processes (live coding, take-home review, architecture discussion) - Provide clear hiring recommendations with structured feedback - Mentor junior interviewers and help standardize interview quality
Required Experience: - 5+ years of hands-on full-stack software development - Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, C#, or Java - Production experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or .NET Core - 3+ years working in teams, mentoring or leading developers - Excellent technical communication in English
