Silverlight Research Network is expanding its remote team and is looking for a reliable Business Outreach Specialist to handle outbound calling and early-stage prospect engagement. This role is focused on contacting potential clients, gathering interest, and passing qualified leads to the internal team.
This position is ideal for someone who is disciplined, comfortable speaking with international contacts, and able to work independently from home.
Main Duties: -Place outbound calls to targeted prospects and business contacts -Present the company professionally and follow provided call guidelines -Identify interested prospects and qualify them as potential leads -Record call outcomes accurately in the system -Maintain consistent daily calling performance
Candidate Profile: -Must currently reside in Estonia -Clear spoken English and confident phone manner -Previous experience in outbound calling, customer outreach, or sales support is a plus -Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
