UK-Based Mailchimp Designer for School Marketing Campaigns
We are seeking a skilled and creative UK-based Email Marketing Designer to manage and enhance our weekly email communications to primary schools. This role requires direct experience with Mailchimp to create compelling, design-led campaigns that engage our audience and drive inquiries about our educational services.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Execution: Professionally design and execute a weekly email marketing campaign using our existing Mailchimp account, ensuring all communications are visually appealing and on-brand.
Strategy & Innovation: Proactively explore and implement new creative ideas and marketing strategies to capture the attention of school decision-makers and increase engagement.
Audience Connection: Apply a strong understanding of the primary school sector to tailor content and design that resonates with educators and administrators.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Proven Mailchimp Expertise: Demonstrable, hands-on experience with the Mailchimp platform, including campaign creation, template design, list management, and analytics.
Design Proficiency: A strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual and graphic design skills specific to email marketing.
Sector Experience: Prior experience in marketing or designing communications targeted at primary schools or the broader education sector is highly preferred.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to go beyond basic execution to contribute ideas that improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.
