Expected duration: less than 1 week I’m looking to have short conversations with professionals who regularly support very small businesses (solo founders and teams of up to 5 people).
This is not a delivery task or ongoing role. The aim is a brief discussion (around 15 minutes) about how leads are typically organised in micro businesses, where things start to get messy as volume increases, and what types of simple tools tend to work best at that stage.
This project is most suitable for Virtual Assistants, admin support professionals, or operations-focused freelancers who work closely with small business owners on day-to-day organisation and processes.
If you already support clients with admin, inbox management, or general operational structure, your insight would be valuable.
