The target audience for this product is recycling coordinators in California USA who are in charge of an oil recycling grant (grant funds can be used to buy these). Secondary audience would be auto parts stores. Tertiary audience would be DIY auto mechanics (although shipping one of these may be challenging; standard sales unit is 25/box).
