We have a Google Ads Performance Max campaign that has been active since 18th October 2025, but it has zero impressions, zero clicks, and zero spend, despite being marked as Eligible.
The account is active, budget is set, targeting is UK, assets are added, conversion tracking exists, and there are no suspensions. However, the campaign simply does not serve.
This project requires expert-level troubleshooting, not setup from scratch.
What we need:
- Full audit of Google Ads + Merchant Center - Identify the exact root cause of why the PMax campaign is not serving - Fix all blocking issues (inventory eligibility, feed issues, policy, linking, bidding, signals) - Ensure the campaign starts receiving impressions and spend - Brief explanation of what was wrong and what was fixed

This is not a beginner task. We are looking for someone confident, direct, and experienced with PMax delivery issues.
