Hi! We run a fashion and apparel online store. Ads come and go, but email should be the steady engine. Right now it is not consistent, and that is what we want to fix.
Quick honesty: we are not looking for a “guru”. We want someone who shows up weekly, ships clean work, and improves results step by step. If it clicks, we will scale both hours and workload.
Rate: $33 to $50 per hour (depends on experience and results) Hours: start 5 to 8 per week, grow to 15 to 25 per week
What you will do:
set up or improve flows (welcome, abandoned cart, browse, post purchase, winback)
send 1 to 3 campaigns per week (drops, best sellers, promos)
basic segmentation and simple A B tests
short weekly note: what you sent, what changed, what is next
