I am looking to have the website built with Squarespace, as it's the best value and offers the best mobile responsiveness, from what I can see. If we do go with Squarespace, I will set up a plan, and the website name/domain will be set up with them as well.

I will need a few pages put together as well, but not a lot. Ie, terms of use, contact use page. There will be no cookipops ups as there will be no tracking of users/guests/visitors' information on my site. I will need a signup section done as well. But new users/visitors to my site will not have to sign up first to view all the content. Signing up is down to each user/visitor.
