I am seeking a results-driven Facebook Ads specialist for a 7-day "Proof of Concept" trial. The goal is to establish a baseline Cost Per Lead (CPL) and test messaging effectiveness The Objective:
Set up and run a high-converting lead generation or "Direct to DM" campaign.
Identify the most resonant "hooks" for the 50+ male demographic.
Achieve a viable ROI to justify scaling the ad spend.
Your Responsibilities:
Audit & Tracking: Review existing Meta Pixel/Conversion API setup.
Targeting: Build custom and interest-based audiences (UK-focused).
Creative & Copy: Write compelling, age-appropriate ad copy (no "fitness bro" clichés).
Management: Daily optimization of the trial campaign.
Reporting: A final summary of data with a clear roadmap for scaling.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven Fitness Experience: You must have managed ads for Online Personal Trainers or Remote Coaches.
Evidence of Success: Please provide screenshots or case studies of campaigns targeting or 50+ male demographic.
Strategy First: I am looking for a partner who understands the psychology of older men, not just someone who can "set up a campaign."
