We are seeking a professional and experienced PA with strong social media marketing experience to manage emails, draft letters, take general online Zoom and Google meetings with clients who need administrative details clarified and attend Zoom meetings with our Design team to make notes and distribute Meeting Summary (not Meeting Minutes) to all attendants.
Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent in English Fluent in French (preferred but NOT required) Confident approach to dealing with clients on Zoom Happy to have quick meetings with other staff on Slack and Zoom
