Expected duration: 1 - 2 weeks We are a small social-impact startup based in Tirana, Albania. Our mission is to make cyclists and pedestrians more visible in traffic through stylish reflective clothing – not just yellow vests.
We are looking for a freelance functional / technical fashion designer who can:
1. Design urban reflective clothes (t-shirts, skirts, jackets) for cyclists and pedestrians
2. Work with reflective / high-visibility / smart textiles
3. Create technical drawings, tech packs and patterns for small-batch production
4. Advise on materials that are safe, durable and comfortable for everyday use
5. Must be residing in Albania or understanding fairly well the Albanian market
Nice to have:
1. Previous work on cycling apparel, running / outdoor wear or workwear
2. Experience with EN ISO 20471 / EN 17353 or similar visibility standards
At this stage we need support project-based / part-time (first capsule collection and a few hero pieces).
