We’re seeking an experienced roof surveyor or building surveyor with expertise in industrial metal roofs and gutters to carry out a one-day visual inspection across 17 roof pods (approx. 42,500 sq ft) at our Cardiff site.
The purpose of the inspection is to identify visible defects and areas requiring attention before Giromax Roofcoat application.
Scope: • Visual survey of metal roof sheets, fixings, laps, flashings, and gutters • Photographic record of defects • Short summary report highlighting areas requiring repair or preparation • No testing or core sampling required
Access: Existing scaffold in place, access equipment to be agreed. Timing: As soon as possible (negotiable) Estimated duration: 1 day.
Ideal for an independent roof surveyor, building surveyor (RICS or equivalent), or roofing specialist experienced with commercial roof inspections. Location: Cardiff
