The Opportunity: Client Acquisition & Growth We are looking for an honest, results-driven individual to join us on a freelance basis to help us grow. Your main goal is simple: find us clients who need custom game development work.
This is a commission-heavy role, meaning your success directly translates into your earnings.
What You Will Do Find Leads: Identify businesses, agencies, or organizations that might need a custom game (e.g., for marketing, training, events, or unique software).
Outreach: Contact potential clients via email, LinkedIn, or phone. You need to be great at getting a conversation started and making a positive first impression.
Pitch Our Services: Clearly explain what we do and why our custom game solutions are valuable to them.
Promote Our Team (Secondary Task): Help us share and promote our open job positions for developers/artists within your network to help us grow our internal team as we land new projects.
What We Are Looking For in You
Self-Starter: You need to be highly proactive and organized—we won't be micro-managing.
Honest & Direct: We value sincerity. We want someone who can build genuine relationships with prospects.
Knowledge of the Tech/Gaming World (A bonus): Understanding why a company might need a custom game helps a lot!
Compensation We are looking for a Performance-Based compensation structure. We prefer to pay a significant commission on every project you successfully bring in the door.
Please propose your expected commission percentage on the project value. We are serious about rewarding success fairly.
