We’re looking for a skilled Real Estate Acquisitions Caller to join our team! You’ll be talking to motivated home sellers, building rapport, and helping close deals.
What You’ll Do:
* Call and follow up with motivated seller leads (provided) * Build genuine rapport and qualify property details * Negotiate and assist in closing deals * Keep clear notes in our CRM
Requirements:
1.) Fluent in English (spoken and written — must sound natural and confident) 2.) Experience closing real estate deals or working in acquisitions/cold calling 3.) Comfortable talking to U.S. homeowners 4.) Reliable internet and quiet workspace 5.) Positive attitude and coachable mindset
**Preferred Experience:** * Previous work with U.S. real estate investors or wholesalers (but not required)
**Schedule:**
* Full-time or part-time * U.S. hours (CST preferred)
