Quality Expectations • Tone: straightforward and supportive—no marketing fluff. • Structure: table of contents, numbered procedures, troubleshooting section, and glossary. • Language: US English, free of jargon unless defined. • Readability: grade 9–10 level; follow Microsoft Manual of Style or similar standard.
