I'm using the Mailchimp list of 6,000+ subscribers, who know me very well, but I have neglected the list for over six months while writing a book. I tried three consecutive emails to warm them up and engage them in the book launch but the opening and click rates were very low. The book launch is scheduled on the 23rd of November.
