I already have a complete Gantt chart in Excel with all project stages, start and end dates, and formulas entered. The only issue is that the colored progress bars are not appearing correctly on the chart.
I’m looking for someone experienced with Excel formulas, conditional formatting, and Gantt chart visualization to identify and fix the bar display issue so that each task appears as a colored bar in the timeline view.
You do not need to rebuild the chart from scratch — the structure and data are already in place. I only need the formatting and formulas adjusted so that the bars display correctly across all stages.

Correctly displaying Gantt bars for all tasks
Explanation (short note or screenshot) of what was changed so I can apply the same fix in the future
