What you’ll do: As a Social Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing our brand's online presence across various social media platforms. You will have the creative freedom to showcase your talent and expertise by crafting engaging, captivating, and trendsetting content. Your responsibilities will include:
• Create & Curate: Produce engaging videos, posts, and stories that showcase our products and the lifestyle behind the brand. • Engage the Community: Reply to comments and DMs, spark conversations, and help our followers feel seen and valued. • Spot Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of what’s trending in haircare, beauty, and culture — and bring those ideas to our feeds. • Showcase Style: Bring an aesthetic eye and strong understanding of what makes content click with our audience. • Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing team to support campaigns and product launches. • Own It: Take initiative — we love self-starters who can turn ideas into action • Brand Experience: Previous experience in content creation for beauty brands is a plus. What You’ll Bring • A love for haircare, beauty, and social storytelling. • Experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram (bonus if for a beauty or lifestyle brand). • A creative mindset, attention to detail, and confidence using Reels, CapCut, or similar tools. • A genuine understanding of textured hair and what resonates with the community.
