Expected duration: Not sure We are seeking an experienced credit risk analyst on an ad-hoc basis to help refine our validation framework for businesses. We verify corporate entities using business credit reports, public records and liquidity indicators as proxies for fraud and risk exposure.
Key responsibilities: - Review our existing approach to interpreting business credit reports. - Build a decision-matrix or policy document setting out: - which indicators (e.g., CCJs, ownership changes, low liquidity) prompt further investigation, - how to grade and escalate risk rather than simply accept/reject. - Provide clear guidelines and example scenarios (“grey zone” cases) for our validation team. - Align the framework with our audit and traceability requirements.
Required experience: - Proven experience in business credit assessment (UK + Global). - Understanding of how credit/financial data can signal broader risk, including fraud. - Able to produce clear policy or framework documents. - Strong communication skills.
