We need a detail-oriented freelancer to format 6 email templates and 6 Google Forms so they’re clean, mobile-friendly, and compatible with our automation system (Notion + Make). All copy and structure are provided — your work will focus on formatting and syncing with our automation setup team.
Deliverables
1. 6 Email Templates
Clean, structured formatting with consistent fonts and spacing.
Add light emoji (as provided) and bold key phrases.
Create directly in Gmail (Templates) or Google Docs.
Use placeholders like {{first_name}}, {{form_url}}, etc.
2. 6 Google Forms
Build forms directly from provided text.
Apply basic branding (logo + color code).
Set required fields and short helper text.
3. 1 Index Document
Containing all final links (emails + forms) + notes on formatting.
Coordination Required
You’ll work in sync with our automation/Notion specialist to ensure every field name, question ID, and placeholder aligns perfectly with Make scenarios. No automation setup is required from you — just make sure your templates are fully compatible. Basic understanding of Notion and Make automations is a plus.
