We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to review our existing campaigns and optimise them for better conversions. Our campaigns are currently live but not generating results, and we need someone who can identify issues, restructure where needed, and improve performance.
Tasks will include:
Full review and audit of current Google Ads setup
Identify why no conversions are being tracked or generated
Adjust campaign structure, targeting, and bidding strategy
Research and refine keywords (including negative keywords)
Optimise ad copy, extensions, and match types
Ensure proper conversion tracking is set up and working
Provide a short report with key recommendations
Requirements:
Proven experience managing successful Google Ads Search campaigns
Strong keyword research and optimisation skills
Familiarity with UK construction / architectural / engineering services (a bonus)
Ability to work quickly and communicate clearly
Project Type: One-off audit and optimisation with the potential for ongoing management. Please include examples of campaigns you’ve improved and the results achieved.
