We are looking for a freelancer with proven experience managing and optimizing apps through the Google Play Console. The project involves publishing several Android applications, ensuring full compliance with Google’s policies, and improving app visibility through effective store listing strategies.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Set up and manage apps within the Google Play Console
Upload app builds (APKs/AABs) and manage release tracks
Create and optimize store listings (titles, descriptions, graphics, metadata)
Ensure all submissions follow the latest Google Play policies and guidelines
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during app reviews or post-launch
Provide basic reporting or documentation on submission status
Deliverables:
Published and approved apps on the Google Play Store
Optimized listings with complete metadata and assets
Resolution of any policy-related flags or submission rejections
Skills Required:
Demonstrated experience publishing Android apps on the Play Store
Knowledge of Google Play policies and common compliance issues
Familiarity with AAB/APK file handling, store listing setup, and release management
Detail-oriented and efficient in communication
Project Scope:
We currently have multiple apps that require publishing and listing optimization. This project will begin with a single app and, based on the outcome, may extend to additional apps over the next few months.
