Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Amazon Listing Designer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for designing conversion-optimized image sets, including hero images, infographics, and lifestyle visuals that align with each brand’s voice and strategy.
You’ll collaborate closely with copywriters, account managers, and the creative director to ensure each listing not only looks great — but performs.
Responsibilities
Design high-impact listing images (main + secondary) for Amazon and Bol.com
Translate product features into clear, visual storytelling that converts
Ensure brand consistency and alignment with Exprtise’s visual standards
Work with creative briefs and client feedback to iterate efficiently
Optimize layouts for both desktop and mobile viewing
Stay up to date with marketplace trends and competitor visuals
Requirements
Proven experience designing Amazon or e-commerce listings
Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
Understanding of composition, color, and conversion psychology
Ability to work fast, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
A portfolio showcasing before-and-after examples or relevant projects
Nice to Have
Experience in Bol.com design formats
Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for layout and mockups
Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles
