We are an established UK interiors e-commerce brand seeking a data specialist to build automated business performance dashboards in Looker Studio, powered by Coupler.io.
Important: We (the company) will own all Coupler.io and Looker Studio accounts and provide log-ins. You will work entirely within our accounts to ensure full ownership and transparency of all data connections and dashboards.
Scope of work
Set up data connections and build a custom Looker Studio dashboard visualising key company metrics across:
Shopify -Draft orders / quotes: - Quotes created, open vs closed - Quote-to-order conversion rate - Quote value, aging, and expiry tracking
Trade metrics: -Trade account sign-ups and approval conversions -Trade purchases as a % of total sales -Average order value for trade vs retail customers -Repeat purchase rate for trade customers
Overall performance: Monthly and year-to-date sales, orders, profit, AOV, and growth rate
Klaviyo -Email list growth and segmentation (Trade vs Retail) -Campaign and flow performance (open, click, conversion rates) -Revenue attributed to flows and campaigns
Meta Ads + Google Ads -Spend, conversions, and ROAS per channel -Campaign performance by audience and creative
Deliverables
✅ Coupler.io data pipelines connected and scheduled for automated sync ✅ Custom Looker Studio dashboard with branded visuals and date filters ✅ Segmented views for Trade vs Retail performance ✅ Short documentation or Loom video explaining how to update or maintain the setup
We will provide:
-Metric definitions and KPI list -Access to Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and Google Ads -Brand colour palette and design preferences
