A solid grasp of Seller Hub bulk tools (and, if you prefer, Terapeak or other research apps) will help you move quickly.
• Orders – each business day, process new sales in Seller Hub, generate/print shipping labels, upload tracking and flag any fulfilment issues early so they never escalate.
• Customer service – monitor the message centre, answer pre- and post-sale questions clearly, resolve “item not received” or return requests within policy and always in a calm, professional tone.
