We are seeking a talented and experienced Font Designer to create original, custom-made fonts for our children’s educational and entertainment collection.
Requirements:
Proven experience designing unique, playful, and child-friendly fonts
Strong understanding of typography, legibility, and character personality for early readers
Ability to design from scratch — all work must be 100% original
Skilled in polishing and refining existing fonts to meet our creative direction
Familiarity with licensing, copyright, and font production standards for commercial use
Ownership and Rights: This is a work-for-hire project. Upon full payment, 100% of all rights, ownership, and intellectual property of the created fonts and related artwork will be transferred to our company. The designer will retain no future claim, credit, or royalty over the final delivered assets.
Nice to Have:
Experience working on children’s books, animation, or educational brands
A portfolio that shows whimsical, soft, or musical-inspired font designs
About the Project: Our project brings to life a world of magical toddler characters through stories, songs, and visuals. We’re building a bright, family-oriented collection that inspires children to laugh, learn, and play.
