UGC TikTok Content Creator (with Editing Skills & Own Equipment)
We’re looking for confident, creative UGC (User-Generated Content) creators to produce TikTok videos for our recruitment brand’s channel. If you’re comfortable on camera, can edit your own videos, and have the equipment to deliver high-quality content, this role is for you!
We’re a UK-based recruitment agency helping South African talent land remote jobs with international companies. Our content educates, inspires, and supports job seekers while promoting the benefits of remote hiring.
What You’ll Do: • Film and edit engaging TikTok videos (15–60 seconds each) • Follow creative briefs or scripts while adding your personal touch • Deliver polished, vertical-format content ready for TikTok upload • Cover topics like: • Remote job tips • Day-in-the-life of remote workers • CV and interview hacks • Career advice and trend-led reactions • Success stories and testimonials
Requirements: • Must have your own filming equipment (smartphone or camera with HD capability) • Ability to edit your own content using CapCut, InShot, or similar tools • Comfortable speaking on camera with natural delivery • Reliable, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines • Understanding of TikTok trends and native content style • Based in South Africa (preferred but not essential)
Nice to Have: • Previous experience with UGC or brand work • Interest in recruitment, remote work, or career development topics • Ability to batch-produce and deliver 5–10 videos weekly
Payment: • Fixed rate per video or package — please include your rates • Ongoing work available for high-quality, consistent creators
