**What you should know before applying** This role is not for everyone. We run a structured recruitment process with multiple steps: a code reasoning challenge, culture fit interview, skills test, and a paid mini-project. Above all, we value problem-solving ability and mindset. We’re open to starting at a lower hourly rate for the right candidate, with the clear expectation that the rate will increase as trust is built and responsibilities grow.
