I’m looking for an automation expert who can set up a suite of Relay.app agents to streamline my content, scheduling, analytics, and repurposing workflows. I run a content-heavy coaching brand with a consistent weekly publishing system across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Metricool. My goal is to cut 40+ hours/month of repetitive admin without losing quality or control.
What I need built in Relay:
Repurpose Agent Take TikTok/Reel videos → strip watermarks → reformat → upload to YouTube Shorts with SEO title/description. Optionally also repurpose for LinkedIn native video.
Pinterest Pin Agent Take blog/mini-blog content → extract 3–5 hooks → generate titles + descriptions → auto-fill into Canva templates → schedule 3–5 pins/day in Metricool.
Analytics Agent Weekly KPI pull across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and email. Summarise into a Google Doc or Notion report (traffic, saves, CTR, conversions).
Scheduling Agent Collect finished assets (pins, videos, carousels) → schedule directly in Metricool. Ensure correct captions, hashtags, and CTAs are included.
Creative Assistant Agent Input: my working title/idea for TikTok/Insta videos. Output: 45–60 second draft script On-screen text / hook Caption with CTA + hashtags Carousel draft (auto-filled into Canva template) Scheduled placeholder posts ready for me to upload recorded video

Requirements: Proven experience with Relay.app (please show past projects or describe your Relay builds). Strong skills with AI prompt design (must know how to generate scripts, captions, titles, etc. reliably). Comfortable integrating Canva, Metricool, Google Docs, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram APIs inside Relay. Ability to build workflows that are clean, documented, and easy for me to edit later. Experience with content/marketing workflows is a big plus.
Deliverables: Fully functioning Relay agents (as described above). Clear documentation (Loom walkthrough or step-by-step doc) showing how each workflow works. Testing to ensure everything runs smoothly before handover.
